Lahore to Host HBL PSL 9 suckers Throughout Pakistan Anticipate an immersing Justice Circus 

Get ready for the cricketing frenzy as HBL PSL 9 kicks off on February 17, 2024, at PCB’s headquarters in Lahore. The two-time winners and reigning champions Lahore Qalandars will take on the 2016 and 2018 edition champions Islamabad United in the inaugural match.

This marquee event will unfold across four cities – Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi – culminating in the grand finale at Karachi's National Bank Stadium on March 18.

Karachi will play host to 11 matches, including crucial encounters like the Qualifier, two Eliminators, and the final. Multan, the city of saints, will host five matches, while Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi will hold nine apiece.

The much-awaited showdown between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings will ignite the passion of fans on February 24 and March 9. The match will take place on February 24 at Gaddafi Stadium, then on March 9 at National Bank Stadium.

Homeground advantage will be pivotal as Kings, Qalandars, Sultans, and United gear up to play five matches each at their respective venues. Peshawar Zalmi will showcase their prowess in four matches at Pindi Cricket Stadium. Quetta Gladiators will embark on their journey with three matches each in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi, and one match at Multan Cricket Stadium against the home side Sultans on February 25.

Following the format of the previous edition, HBL PSL 9 will unfold in two legs. Multan Cricket Stadium and Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will set the pitch for 14 matches from February 17 to 27. Cricketing action will then shift to Rawalpindi’s Pindi Cricket Stadium and Karachi’s National Bank Stadium, where 16 matches will thrill fans from February 28 to March 12. The playoffs will be entirely held in Karachi.
